Trouble Sleeping: 3 ways to Naturally Improve Sleep

  • Practice Mindfulness –give yourself the best chance of rest by putting your mind at ease before you go to bed.
  • Sleep Sachet –make a sleep sachet with herbs and essential oils from the articles above to help you relax.
  • Healing Crystals- place crystals under pillow, near the bed or in grids to enhance sleep.
